We were unable to secure our van rental and the front desk staff was very accommodating in helping us to get van taxis to get us and all our snowboard gear where we needed to be. "Room was excellent. It had a small couch and small table to have a small snacks. You can use a beitiful local crafted glasses. Easy to go to Nebuta museum, Wa Rasse and ASPAM. Also, near the donwtown area. Walking distance from Aomori station. We loved the staybat this hotel."
